Hello,
I am doing a 8-12 day trip to northern Norway in less than a week. The plan is to go to Alta and drive south through Lofoten ridge to Bodo region. Is it worth it to go north of Alta, to Nordkapp for instance? What locations both on and slightly off the route can you recommend? We also plan to go off the road for a couple of days, so I would be especially grateful for 1-2 day climbing and hiking paths advice.
The major interest are coastal cliffs, islands, piers and other long exposure locations, as well as dramatic mountain scenery and forests.
