Now that we have live view on the IQ series, whilst useful and better than nothing, it is still limited for use on a technical camera with movements such as the Arca M-line 2.
What would be nice, if the engineers at Phase is to develop/provide the following functionality via firmware updates
1) Focus mask whilst doing live view focus – this is to nail down focus
2) Provide horizontal split screen top/bottom, or vertical split left and right, with focus mask option, and option to zoom at a specific point at the top or bottom of the frame. This way we can focus tilt focus and have confirmation via focus mask. This would be heaven for us who use tilt/shift camera, therfore we can then compose focus without GG.
