Title: Stepping into hybrid tech camera photography: Questions!
Post by: Christoph C. Feldhaim on April 30, 2011, 10:19:32 am
Hello everyone,

after looooong consideration I finally decided to step into tech camera workings.
Most likely its going to be an Arca F metric Orbix 6x9.

I want to use film for now, but maybe later additionally use an MFDB.

My questions:
- Is the Arca F stable enough for use with an MFDB ?
- Are there lenses I could use with the 6x9 cm format (120 film) and still have lots of place for camera movements (+ 20-50% of format) and still use these lenses with a MFDB later?

What are your recommendations?

Thanks for answering.
Cheers
~Chris

This really isn't a "beginner" question ... you might get more mileage posting on the medium format forum here and over at getdpi.com
