This is a very interesting story and a sad tale of copyright abuse. Or is it about something else, the title "Street Art? Conceptual Art? Highway Art?" seems to be at odds with this story.

Hmmm... do not know what happened with the link in this thread. It works for me here and it works for the folks over at the Printer... forum.
It should lead to a story titled "The Most Beautiful Truck Crash Ever", about "a truck carrying 8,000 gallons of printer ink [that] flipped over on an interstate".
