Title: Need Help Creating A Specific Video Effect - White Background !

Hello,

I want to create a specific effect for my vide:

A White Background...

Anyway, I don't know which types of broad lighting
or the other supplementary one....

I also don't know the power (watts) needed to create
this effect. I am still a newbie to all of this.

If someone knows, I'd appreciate a suggestion to a specific brand (or item with the required specifications) and a link to it online so that I can go ahead and order it with confidence.
