Title: Comments on Ukash

I don't know where to ask this, so I'll try here.  I want to buy a lens from someone in the UK and I'm in the US.  He/she suggested Ukash.  Is this legitimate company?

Looks like (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukash) it's a competitor to PayPal for moving money around the Internet.  Never used it myself.....
