Can anybody please tell me what an .lrbak file is and what they do? it appears to be connected with Lightroom.
Many thanks.

I don't have Lightroom in front of me so I might be talking nonsense, but isn't an .lrbak a back-up file for the Lightroom Catalog? I only mention this because I wouldn't want you to delete a file you might want to keep!

The backup files have the extension lrcat; they're copied into a backup directory.

When you're right, you're right. And I'm not. Thanks, kikashi.
