Title: C1 v6 printing PDF: max resolution stuck @1200x1200 ?!
Post by: nilo on December 14, 2010, 05:05:38 pm
Maybe (hopefully) a simple question:

Why can't I print a PDF at a higher resolution than 1200x1200 with C1v6? The scroll down menu in C1 offers 4000x4000, though I can't select it. I tried to play with the settings but can't figure it out.

Thanks in advance for your help.

What is the actual size of the original file to begin with?

So you converted a 5DII raw file out to a pdf and now want to print that pdf via C1?  What program did you use to create the pdf originally?

No. I' m sorry. Here is what I am trying to do:

As C1 6 is now able to produce a PDF file directly from the RAW file, I took the unprocessed Raw file in C1 and printed into a PDF-file. It works as advertised. The only thing is, that the resolution for the page is stuck @1200x1200, although the drop down menu offers up to 4000x4000. So my question is: Why can't I print a bigger, higher resolution PDF-file?

Thank you Jack for trying to help me to figure this out.
