Helping a fellow photographer sell some equipment:

Alpa 12 Max $5150
Alpa AFD back interface (with shims) $800
Both for $5750

Leaf Aptus 22 AFD mount (with all orig accs - batteries, cables, case, charger, etc) $4150
Leaf Live View Dongle $850
Both for $4750

I know this equipment and have used it all - in excellent condition (very light use). Most if not all will be in original packaging.
