Title: *SOLD* Canon 5D MK1 + Extras
Post by: phero66 on November 29, 2010, 06:40:15 pm
Hello I'm selling my Canon 5D kit (MK1) with lots of extras.   Cosmetically the body looks great, with some paint wear on the flash shoe and shoulder strap areas.  The LCD screen has a few small scratches, which are only visible when it is turned off - see photo.  Mechanically it is great, with 11,282 actuations* and the latest firmware, 1.1.1.  I used the camera primarily in a studio environment where I shot artwork, and then as a backup for several weddings.  It has been well cared for and the batteries kept at full charge and cycled once a month or when needed.  The focusing screen is upgraded to the Canon Ee-D screen which has grid lines and is a real benefit for artwork, architectural or landscape type shooting.  The original screen is also supplied and includes the tool needed to remove and replace the screens when wanted.

I'm also including the Canon BG-E4 battery Grip, in near mint condition, and 2 Really Right Stuff L brackets (BGE4-L for use with the Battery Grip attached, and B5D-L for use without the battery grip).  Both the brackets are also in very good condition.

What you get:
1. Canon 5D w/box USA card, Registration, Manuals, etc.
2. Canon Ee-D Matte Gridded Matte Focusing Screen (installed, original also supplied)
3. Canon Battery Charger, + Targus Charger (wall and cigarette lighter hookup)
4. Three Canon batteries, all in good condition.
5. Canon BG-E4 Battery Grip, with AA battery carrier (not shown)
6. RSS BGE4-L Mounting Bracket
7. RSS B5D-L Mounting Bracket

Selling all of it for: $1200 + Shipping/Insurance (or if in the SF Bay Area you can pickup)

*Actuations are my best estimate due to an oddity where the file number reset back to zero (I believe due to the CF card getting formatted outside the camera).  The last shot I took before the reset was 9952, add to that the current count of 1330 and you get 11,282.  In any event I can send both the last shot in the prior numbering and the current shot if needed - and an exif viewer program will not show the right count either, I've tried that.
