Nice. I shall be in Portland next week -- a show at the Blue Sky Gallery.

Very nicely done...

What camera, lens and raw software?

Any movements, DOF merge or anything clever?

What filtering or techniques for Greyscale conversion... or was it film?

Camera and Lens - Canon 5DMii, 24-105L lens.
Photoshop RAW converter
The black and white converter is BW Stylus. This also gives you the capability for Platinum.
Many layers of editing in PS.
No tricks on DOF, just shot at F22 .25sec for max DOF, ISO 100. Also on a tripod.

Hope this helps,
Steve

ahhh, I think I know where you were. :)

Nice shot, great detail from highlights to shadows. Symmetry is sort of a "no-no" but it works in this image. I would like to see a bit more room at the top of the image - I think it's cropped a little bit too close. It might even work better in vertical rather than a horizontal aspect ratio.

I needed to crop it where I did because if I moved the bridge down I would have brought in sky. Thanks for the comments.
