Title: The Granite Dells
Post by: JeffColburn on August 29, 2010, 03:09:45 pm
Hi Everyone,

I've added two more photographs to my fine arts site. They were taken at the Granite Dells, just north of Prescott, Arizona. I call the first one, "Rock In Repose." Hey, we all need a break once in a while. And I really liked the Lichen in the second one. If you want to see more, head on over and take a look at http://www.JeffColburn.com

Have Fun,
Jeff

Hey Jeff:  Nice shot of the 'sleeper' on the rocks!  The second one I think I'd crop vertically or square.  I don't think the huge triangle of sky in the right half does much for the image.  YMMV.

Mike.

Thanks, and I also have a vertical of the second picture. I'll take another look at it.

Have Fun,
Jeff

Interesting. Oh darned, I'll have to plan another shoot.

Actually, I've been meaning to do some black and white. This will be a good subject.

Have Fun,
Jeff

Jeff, "Rock in Repose" is very nicely done! I like the clouds and composition and color.
