Hope this is the right board for introducing myself:)

My name is Riaan van Wyk and I'm a landscapaholic. Reside in South Africa- a very rural area on the outskirts of a town called "Nowhere."

I have, finally, scraped together enough courage to "participate" on LuLa.

Welcome, Riaan. Jump right in. The water's fine. If you're interested in photographs as opposed to equipment, this is the place to be.

Much obliged Rob, Mike. The kind words are heartening to hear- espescially since I consider this to be the best site on the net for landscape work and, I never thought I would post my work here. But, I have become so frustrated with the one or two sites that I post work on that I deemed it time to ease out of the shell and do it.

Riaan, Dont' feel you have to confine yourself to landscape. Other genres are accepted here and often result in quite instructive -- sometimes even heated -- discussions.
