only profiles for the new paper types are available on the Epson website (http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/jsp/Pro/ICCProfiles/proImagingICCProfiles_StylusPro3800.do?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&profileFor=proImagingICCProfiles_StylusPro3800).

All the other profiles (PremiumLuster, VelvetFineArtPaper ecc) are installed on your system during the driver installation. So they should automatically show up.
