Title: HP z3100 Printer Shifting My Margin 1/4" to Right

Can anyone tell me how I can get my HP z3100 24" printer to stop shifting my prints a 1/4 inch to the right?
I have them set in Lightroom with even margins, and the Lightroom Print module shows it is fine, but the HP driver or printer is shifting to the right, leaving a 1/4" extra white area on the left.
How do I program the HP driver not to do this????
