In the first image, maybe a longer exposure to blur the water surface might make it more interesting?
In the second image, I found some dodge-n-burn made it a bit more dramatic.
The third image didn't hold my attention.

Ya not a fan of the third. I really liked the first one though. What exactly is it? A building that was constructed to close to the water? Really an epic place!

Thanks for the comments. The picture at the ocean is the Peter Iredale that was wrecked in 1906 on the Oregon coast.
