Something for you Epson guys to test to see if it fixed anything and something for us Canon guys to test and see if it screwed up anything.

Thanks for the heads up. Installed the update on my personal computer at home. Saw the blurb of "printing reliability" in the update description. We'll see how things go. My fingers are crossed. The workaround is a real drag.
