An image of the bird that I found this January at Osian (Jodhpur India). I don’t know the name of the bird / species.

Looks like a Black-shouldered Kite, but I wouldn't swear to it.

A friend has remarked:
"it seems it's a Black-winged Kite - Elanus caeruleus. The name Black-shouldered Kite (Elanus axillaris) only refers to the Australian species."

He looks mean.
In fact I did not find the bird looking mean at that place.
