From today , it was rainy and so I shoot in a parking block

I like it except I'm missing something breaking up the scheme, like a person looking over the reling or an ostrich walking by.

Rob,
I love your curves. The red railing is very pleasing and adds some color to an almost monochromatic image.

Nicely framed.  A very good architectural shot with lots of dynamic lines.  I can see how you may not have had the time to wait for an ostrich, though.  Many parking garages don't allow them.

I do somewhat like the image because it is well seen and exposed. But I don't think it is quite visually balanced. IMO, the entire bottom curve should be included in the frame to strike a balance with the rest of the image and the other two curves, creating a kind of visual rhythm. The bottom red railing, though striking, does not have enough visual weight to balance the bottom third of the image with the top two thirds.
