Title: LCD Photo Frames vs Prints

Just wondering....In lieu of making and displaying prints, what is the feasibility regarding displaying images on a large flat screen LCD (say a 30" panel) in a Living Room?  Any thoughts on resolution, etc?  Thanks.  Scott

P.S. I have an Epson 4800 printer, but it would be nice to display multiple images in a "flash" style presentation.  I'm just not sure about the cost (I have a Dell 20" monitor which I enjoy for image processing, etc) and resolution.  Obviously one is "front" lit and the other is a display--I get that.  I'm just wondering if anyone has done this, and what was the experience?
