Definitely not everything.  In this case it does look like a European or Eurasian Eagle Owl.

Not really, but I can see something that looks like my companion that day (she was wearing bright white!). The shot isn't quite as sharp as I'd have wished, as I'd set the camera to shutter priority at 1/800 to capture the movement at the show and so it's rather wider open than necessary for a static shot. One day, when I'm old enough, I'll remember to change such things.

Still, he's a fine beast and the jesses at least give an impression of motion as well as captivity:
