Hi Folks:
There's an hour-long video here (https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/680956504) on shooting animals at your local zoo. It's put on by Bogen Imaging and Julie Larsen Maher of the Wildlife Conservation Society (http://wcs.org/).

P.S. Personally I don't see a problem with making photographs at zoos as long as they're not misrepresented as being from the wild.
