Beautiful. One of very few I've seen here that I could imagine printing big and putting on my wall.

The only thing that spoils it slightly for me is the small rock at the extreme left. Others will disagree, no doubt, and I suspect there isn't very much you could do about it anyway, since cropping would make the whole thing rather unbalanced.

I can see Jeremy's point, but I'd leave it in because there's another small rock on the right side of the main pinnacle and these two create a sense of balance that I think would be missing if you took the left one out.  OTOH, it's too bad the rock outcrop on the far right was cut off.  Still, there's only so much one can fit into the frame!

Nicely done!

Mike.

I agree with jeremy and Mike.  Simply stunning!  Cropped or uncropped, it works for me.  Nicely done!

I love it as is.  Can't think of any suggestions for improvement.  I wish I'd taken it...

Yep, looks really good.  If you did decide to take out the little rock, it would be better to clone rather than crop.  The balance is perfect.

It's a great shot. Have you tried it as a monochrome?

I slept on that beach a few years ago on a road trip when all the motels were booked for the Dune-Days festival. The sound of the ocean in pitch black was spooky to say the least...a very powerful place and you captured some of that.

Lovely shot. I was thinking the same thing as David. That is, it would likely translate nicely to b&w.
