This is a cool shot. You chose your lighting carefully, and the burning of the corners on the left makes it all the stronger. I think cropping the window on the right just past the white frame would strengthen the shot, as the extra bit of casing in the shadow make the image a bit too wide, which in turn pulls emphasis from the subject and her reflection. Well done.

If I was going to be picky I'd remove some of the red from her right eye especially, but other than that, well done!

The shadow in the reflection seems very intrusive, particularly on the wall.
