Does Capture One has a fill light function like ACR or Lightroom?

Capture One 4 has the High Dynamic Range sliders, which seem to be roughly the same as the fill light and recovery sliders. I like a lot about Capture One, I am not sure the HDR sliders are quite as effective as the ones in Lightroom and ACR though. I do personally prefer the overall raw conversion of Capture One. Version 3 lacked the HDR feature.
