Is there a reason why you cropped it at the bottom?  To me it appears cut off.   For example, the entrance way to the stadium towards the lower left is cut out half-way, and what appears to be an interesting building near the lower right (brownish coloured with the triangular roof peak) only shows maybe the top floor, plus the three bright green traffic lights at the lower right are _____ (I am not sure how to describe what I want to say there so I have left it blank).

It seems to me the flow of the picture could be improved, if say, an extra 20% at the bottom was still in view to complete the walkway/concourse into the stadium, add a bit more roadway below those traffic lights, etc.  I understand (or infer) that you are probably wanting to show the city sky-line and the purplish hazy colour of the night sky with the orange glow of the city works for me, and as best as I can tell from a reduced image on a monitor, everything appears to be sharp).

Hope that was of use to you.

Thanks for the comments.  I shot that pano 2 years ago from about 40 feet off the ground (rooftop).  I agree with you, more foreground would help.  Unfortunately for me,  I didn't include enough when I made the shot!
