Title: Help with Capture One Pro exposure adjustment

Hello if there is someone familiar with Capture One Pro that might be able to help me evaluate exposure on this image and suggest the best way to make the adjustments I would really appreciate it. I have included a screen shot of the exposure panel from the image as you see it.

What is it you're trying to do? Lighten overall? Increase contrast?
