A second post, my first shot came out quite small

A view at dawn of the Tarmagan ridge

what is the optimum way to size images for the forum

Right now they are too small and a little dark. I always use 800 pixels across by whatever and the quality is set at about 200 kbytes. That is more than enough, but some people go higher.

Another fine shot. Don't know what it is, but they are all a touch dark to me. I have been on the Pentax site on and off all day, so I know my monitor is fine.

I've been moving my screen back and forward trying to decide where it should be to make the images look right

I've got an older laptop so it does change quite a lot, maybe I should stop using it for browsing, but that would mean I could'nt sit by the fire sending
and would have to go to the G4 in the office

Anyhoo...I've lightened this shot as much as I dare, see how it looks
