Title: Eye One Match / Pro / Mac OS X 10.5
Post by: John.Murray on February 02, 2009, 09:21:40 pm
Using Eye One Match 3.6.2 on a brand new Mac Pro.

The Spectro and cable work fine on Vista 64 and 32 bit machines.  Any ideas?

I had the same problem late last year.  Same version of Eye One Match.  I called support and they said it was a Leopard compatibility problem.  Ok... so why does it work on my iMac and not my MacBook Pro.

I tried a re-install of the OS with the option to save user settings/files, etc. and no luck.

So, I backed everything up, formatted the drive, and did a fresh install of Leopard.  VOILA... problem solved.

The other option is to go with ColorEyes Display Pro software from Integrated Color.

Good Luck.
