Just like an EOS lens, AF is as fast as the 24-104 on my 5DII
All other functions work as if it is a Canon lens

How is it optically compared to the Canon zooms?

Sold long time ago but to make a long story short ,my Canon 24-105 IS is a tad sharper and more contrast
Spend time finding a good copy of a 24-105!
