Seems a tad over sharpened to me, but maybe that's just my eyes.  Overall I like it!

I agree with Wolfnowels comments. On my 22 inch screen, it looks more than a tad oversharpened. The ice almost looks like it was pasted on.

I suspect that we're seeing artifacts from resizing the scanned image.

I'm not quite convinced that the top part of the image belongs in the composition. But the tonalities, especially in the water, are stunning, and I think I'd be quite happy to see this e.g. on the wall in my employer's office.

While many of Timo's photos have been very similar in their angle of capture of frozen scenery, this one is markedly different, but again he has managed to convey the beauty and wonder of winter.
