Title: meaning of hash and star
Post by: meierruedi@hotmail.com on January 15, 2009, 06:18:15 am
I mean to know that if you get a hash beside your file in PS it means that the file is not in the same color-space as your working space:

But what about a star outside the braket?

And what about a star inside the braket (RGB/8*)?

And what about one star inside and one outside the braket (RGB/8*)* ?

(do the latter two exist at all?)

Thanks
Ruedi

The star outside of the parenthesis indicates unsaved changes in CS4.  I believe the star inside indicates a color space different than the working space.  These designations in CS4 are somewhat different than earlier versions.
