Title: Pano-stitch-merge created this mirror image
Post by: John R on January 14, 2009, 06:33:31 pm
A panoramic stitched in Photoshop Elements and then cropped. The original image is panning shot of a clearing in forest. Converted to BW then mirrored and stitched. Apllied USM to achieve final result.

I like it - but I would like it more with a little pop.

I love it.  I find it very original- excellent use of USM.  I especially like the way the background grain or noise is sharpened, which to my eye, makes the shot.  Also, the subtle, opposing curves of the trees create a soothing rhythm.  Very cool.
