From a slide, taken a few years ago in Newfoundland, Canada, a land known as the 'Rock', because of its rugged terrain and friendly people.

I like scenes like this which record the relationship between man and the land - not always quite as tidy and aesthetic as one might like!

Yes and if you were at this place in its prime, you would have seen a lot of fish tailings and other paraphenalia. The fog is a great leveller and can turn even the most mundane subjects into something interesting. Thanks for the comments. Had a look at your site. You have some wonderful work there.

I like the muted colors and the lines drawn by the boat ramp.  Well done.
