Last year <i bought a NEC 20wmgx refurbished monitor ,I bought it from the NEC outlet store.
In all my brilliance ,I lost the receipt,and now i can't find the number,or even the name of the store.
For the last 3/4 months ,I'm getting ,a ghosting image running across the right upper side of the screen,it almost looks like the screen has been burnt.
Does anyone have any information on the store I am talking about ,or a phone number ,so I can arrange for service
I really hate to get rid of this monitor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
