Title: A couple from Darfur, Sudan
Post by: mjrichardson on December 15, 2008, 10:41:43 am
Hi.

I'm currently working in Sudan, a very dodgy place for taking photographs! Here are a couple from the other day, taken in a place called Nyala in Darfur.

Thanks for looking.

Hello again.

These have no artistic value but may have some interest.

I work in humanitarian de-mining, clearing landmines. A couple of shots of the guys doing there thing.

I love the grain on the first two, but on all of them, it's the intensity of the light that really stands out.

I like the two black and white portraits, especially the second one.

The color images are more documentation-like.
