Title: histogram update in PSCS4
Post by: ericaro on December 11, 2008, 10:55:04 pm
Does anyone know if there is a single keyboard shortcut for updating the histogram after each edit? IT'S A PITA to have to click the small yellow triangle in the histogram box every time. It would be great to have a quick shortcut for this. Louis B

I agree. Clicking anything is a problem. Our computers should simply read our minds.

There is no default shortcut but you can make your own:

Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts...
Select Shortcuts for "Panel Menus".
Open up Panel Menu Commands for "Histogram".
Create a new keyboard shortcut for "Uncached Refresh".

You can also double-click anywhere inside the histogram to update it.  May be slightly easier/quicker than trying to hit the yellow triangle.
