For a copy of the PDF document which apparently appeared briefly on the Canon France website.  Either a superb hoax or a genuine leak, I think probably it is genuine.

If true, it looks like a superb specification.

Head over to fredmiranda.com for details. There are downloadable pdf's available. Briefly 8.2MP CMOS, 8.5 Frames/sec 1.3x Sensor, 40 Frame JPEG buffer. No $$ info.
