Title: B&W ACR Workflow - PK Sharpener
Post by: mlordi on October 20, 2008, 06:16:31 pm
I came across a little bump in the road in my ACR B&W workflow.
My normal ACR process ignores capture sharpening until PS, where
I use PK Sharpener. PK sharpener can only use a RGB image though.
I remember Jeff and Michael talking about this in the ACR, or camera to print,
tutorial. Can anyone reflesh my memory as to what would be the best way
to perform capture sharpenening?

Thank you,
Mike

I would suggest using Camera Raw's (after 4.1 at least) sharpening as your capture sharpening...I then personally do my output sharpening in Lightroom (or you could do a convert to RGB then do Photoshop output sharpening using PKS Output Sharpening).
