Just a suggestion but your price is only 10% of new. People spending this much would probably buy new than used with this little amount of discount.

I usually say at least 30 percent mark down for anything used, especially lenses.

yep

your asking price is only $200 less than a NEW one. For a $1800 lens i'll pay that extra for piece of mind.

First you want to sell it at $1675 and now you up the anti to $1800.

I think you missed the point of our suggestions, and you need to lower the anti. Then you might get a bidding war.

I think the prices got re. I have to go back and look at the numbers I posted, two of the lenses were the very expensive ones, the 85 1.2 II and the 14 2.8 II.

well..regardless of the value of these "L" lens, used value is fair at 80% to 85% of current retail price. If more than that, the bargain is no longer on the table for the buyer.

I agree that as the seller, you can list the price as much as you want but how long and who will buy it at your high price is another issue.

typical used price for your 85L mkII: $1400 to $1500 and 14L mkII around $1500.
