Title: maxtor mini
Post by: woof75 on August 11, 2008, 03:06:38 pm
It cost 85 dollars for the maxtor mini 160 Gb drive, it's really cool, tiny, about the size of a wallet. It seems to work great so far, I'll certainly be buying another one for double back up but it seems to be the perfect on location device. For super paranoid people like me it's brilliant, because it's so small you can keep one on your person at all times when on location in case the rest of your stuff got stolen. Also, you don't have to plug it into the mains, it's powered via USB. Super cool. (fingers crossed for reliability)
