for sale is a Nikkor 300mm f/2.8G AF-S VR lens (US version).
the lens is in like new condition (front/back/inside).
not a mark on it. (still has the new lens smell. )
purchased new from B&H in January 2007.
comes with all original packaging and contents.
covered under Nikon USA 5yr service warranty through January 2012.
used only on two/three occasions, since purchase.
(hate to sell the lens, as it's truly a stunning performer. but i'm not shooting as many sporting events as i thought i would be, at the time of purchase. thus the reason for the sale.)
asking $4200 USD + insured shipping (+ 3% Paypal, if used).
will also accept a cashier's or a personal check.
(... though will ship once the check clears).
(also available, to the buyer, is the RRS replacement foot LCF14, for an additional $75)
