Got to be a first. In the exchange offer for HD, it you end up with a fractional unit, (.5), the offer rounds down vs round up. i.e. goes away.

My customers would  kill me for this.

Thought I was doing LLVJ a favor by converting.

I know we're talking just a few dollars but .....

we have a policy of rounding up not down unless the difference is very small. If there has been an error you should contact customer service
