They're all good.  Anything in particular you're looking for?

What kind of sports? Most sporting events don't allow tripods for safety reasons and are really not practical. I've shot pro sports for over 30 years(NFL) and only monopods are allowed. Same with baseball, and basketball not at all. Ball heads are not very practical on m-pods. Also, what size lenses are you using that would require a ball head.

Here's a good solution for a monopod.  It's inexpensive too.

I have a RRS and love it. Did quite a bit of research before the purchase. Excellent build quality and a joy to use.
