Its a pity it isn't just a tiny bit sharper on the eyes.

Well lit, well composed, well cropped, & brightly colored.  Doesn't need post-processing - I wouldn't bother to kiss it.

Shape of leaf and location of frog is good. However suggest-
1/ remove the highlight upper centre left and also tone down the patch to the right of the frog's head. Darken under side of leaf - entire lower right of image distracts from the frog (unbalances image).

2/ Increase separation between frog's left of head and leaves behind. Either lighten left side of face or darken further the background.
