Title: a simple question

Just purchased the lightroom tutorial but timed out while I was downloading.  I read the FAQ and see that it can be reset by emailing someone.  It has a link you click and goes straight to my mac email window, which I don't use.  Does anyone know the email address to reset my download session?  Thanks

Just log in to your account and start the download again you have 30 trys before you nead to reset. If you are still on a dial up modem use a down load mangier (suggest Fresh, no pop ups or spy ware )
