Hi all, post #1, but have visited a few times. A creek near my house, now almost completely frozen...

Hi Ken and welcome to the list!
I like what you've done with the shot, but to me the one rock at the bottom left overbalances the rest of the frame and I find my eye focusing on that one rock rather than the rest of the picture. If it were me I'd crop out most or all of that rock to bring interest back into the rest of the frame.

Great shot, I really like it. The only (very minor) irritant to me is the bit of tree upper right, but I don't see a way of cropping it out without upsetting the balance of the rocks - which I like.

Maybe if you get rid of the corner tree and just tone the other rocks down a bit - here's a 10 second example...now the eye goes to better places at least.

I think Kaelaria's version is on the right track, but I think he has toned down the rocks a bit too much. Also, I would open up the shadows a bit. On my calibrated monitor they look like black holes. I'd like to see a bit of detail in the shadows.
