Hello,
Though in the imaging industry since 20 years, new to digital photography so the question appears here.
Now if we shoot in jpg format, what is the most recommended work flow among the following three ( printing is done by the digital photo lab and the lab claims to use ICC CMS work flow)
# Just drop the card reader at the lab ( or the CD/DVD containing blind dump of shots)
# Down load to the system, post process using PS or PSE to enhance the images using the basic knowledge digital image processing and then submit images to lab for printing
# Down load to the system and use LR to post process the images using basic knowledge of digital image processing and then submit images to lab for printing .
Any advice is welcome.
Thanks

Although PS is more versatile, LR is much easier to use and far more intuitive.
The ideal is to have both available but, for first-time users, I'd go for LR.

Yes I'd go for lightroom too it's a lot quicker for a quick ajustment on large batches, as said photoshop is better but slower (and harder to learn) Wayne
