I have tried repeatedly to view the tutorials. I have updated to latest version of Quick Time and get one of two messages:
A progam is missing and not on this server
Required compressor not present
Searched Google and downloades a Codec Compressor, but still no view.
Tried to view with DiVx and got error message:
File does not appear to have Video

The FAQ (http://luminous-landscape.com/videos/Dwnld_Video-faq.shtml) normally provides the answer to this and other technical questions as do the various other threads right here.
If you still have no success, please email () giving your OS, the files you are having difficulty with and steps taken to correct.

I don't know if this is your problem or not--but when the zip file is decompressed, you will find 2 files named the same--as in the Intro in the first zip---there are 2 files with the same icon--both Quicktime Movies, etc.--BUT--the first will give you an error (mine was about the same as yours) and the second one is the one that runs--the first is 70 bytes and the second is 64.4 MB. So--check your folder and right click for the properties and try running the one with the 64.4 MB (if this is C2P--1-3, and all the rest of the series)
Hope this helps--it mystified me for a bit.
