Title: z3100 Which Paper Type For Innova?

After much prevarication over APS I finally have my z3100GP PS shoehorned into the studio. I like Innova papers and wondered if anyone could suggest which paper type settings are best when adding Smooth Cotton (High White and Natural) and Cold Press Rough Textured as Custom Papers? And Epson Enhanced Matte, come to think of it.
